I have RA, and started using kinesiology tape to help control the movement of painful joints. I have used many brands, including the expensive ones. The expensive brands are great, but tjey get quite expensive at the rate I use them.I am so happy that I finally tried the OK tape! It is very affordable for a 20 strip roll, and coming in a two pack is very helpful. It sticks well and does not roll up when under jeans or socks. It is comfortable all day long, and comes off easy if you pull it slowly (dont just snatch it like a band-aid!). It holds up to sweat and water pretty good, too.I like that it comes in a lot of colors and designs, it's not just boring beige and black!

Using this for my bicep tendinitis and honestly has helped so much. Doesn’t stick to itself well at all but stays on me for days even through showers. Irritates my skin some right after taking it off but nothing crazy. As long as I apply it right the first time the edges won’t come up. If I have to restick it multiple times the edge will come up but just the edge. Normally just cut it off

This was a life saver for back pain during pregnancy! Only downside is I think I may be allergic to the adhesive. Once I peeled off the tape (using baby oil) I realized it left a blister and the blister now has left a scar. But it works amazing! Even sweating through Florida weather it stays on really well!

Adhesive is okay, but it does make the wrapped muscle relax. Good stretch. Breathable. I’ve used it unconventionally under a slim dress.

Sticks better than most tapes, and works as described. Will order again
