I love how this waist trainer fits! It shapes my waist perfectly and helps with my posture. The material is strong, comfortable, and the zipper plus hooks keep everything in place all day. I totally recommend it if you want to look more defined and feel confident!

I bought this and thought it would be to big but the measurements were correct! I’m 5’8 and around 150 pounds. I’m also an E cup , I’ve been having on going back pain and posture issues since my cup size grew. This is definitely fixing my posture and helping me train my stomach at work. I would start off wearing it a couple hours at a time then moving up to all day wear. It can shock ur body at first. Also if ur working out i would recommend a sweat waist trainer or one just around the stomach. This one is not comfortable during vigorous workouts or walks in the heat.

I love the texture of it. But I was too small for me. In some clothes I were a large or xl, so I order a medium but it's too small, I think I need a large

It a good value for your money, I am able to move and do my normally daily routine without any discomfort while wearing it. It helps a lot with my posture (I slouch a lot!) but if you’re getting it strictly for your posture I wouldn’t recommend it. It doesn’t have a smell like some of the other one I have tried, it was decently easy to get on but I think I should have sized down. I wear a medium in cloths so I ordered a medium of this and ideally I would have preferred it to be a bit tighter. That is my mess up though not the companies. I find it to be very comfortable. I will be ordering a small and I will update on the sizing issues when I try the small. Over all I do like it a lot, it is definitely my favorite so far and I will be getting more.

It didn't work for me, it hurts my shoulders, it's very thick and uncomfortable and the rods it comes with are uncomfortable for my back, I had surgery on my spine, it hurts, it's super uncomfortable for me, I hope it helps you ☺️

High quality and really helps with posture and back support.Keeps my waist looking slim and really give me an hour glass figure, as some one who has a box-y looking Torso.Looks and feels high quality and the zipper can take a really good pull!

Im 5’3 weight 123 it’s a perfect size and soft material. I love how it makes me so slim it’s hard to find one that fits but it’s perfect I look amazing

This shape runs a little large, but I love it. The back support is solid & it does an excellent job pushing up my boobs. It’s designed for long wear, but with summer heat it makes my stomach sweat. I would love to see smoother connections, the lines show under fitted clothes.
