takes some getting used to but does the job
As this solution uses multiple layers it can rub off the skin and feels bulky against the shoe, but once used to it they do stop blisters

Good for blisters
When I opened the box I thought that the sealed packet contained 2 very small moist pads! it was only when I picked out one of them and 'squished' it that I realised that each small square was made up of 4 small thin squares. Just as well i had inspected it as I would have stuck the whole thing onto my foot! I have a recurring rub which causes blisters on the bottom of my foot. Used these instead of compeed plasters and they worked really well - ran 7 miles and no problems. Plus I could remove it after the run to allow the air to get to my foot which I couldn't do with the compeed plaster.

Oh the relief
In have used this product for many years and found it to be far better than plasters, in particular for covering pressure points when wearing walking boots.

Says what it does on the packet.
My son plays local football and athletics probably five days a week and it has been a great help to him in staying able to participate regularly.

Fiddy in the extreme
There is a pack inside this that holds little square moist patches that you are supposed to place under the plaster. These patches have sliding square covers on them some of which had slid off. I had to get one of these things put it on the plaster and put the plaster on my mum's skin. It was a right old performance I can tell you. I just wanted to be able to put something on her that was as simple as putting on a plaster. There were other shaped pieces that weren't like the square patches. Haven't tried those yet. Don't know if they are the same as the plaster which by the way has no padded part for covering a wound so not like the plasters we are familiar with. I will keep looking for something that protects the skin from chafing. I have bought a roll on stick of stuff that you put on the skin and I've been using that. It's not even for feet, I need it for where the sling I use to lift mum onto the commode, rubs her back. I don't think the makers will have considered any other use than blisters on the feet.

to blister or not
when walking long distances you are going to get blisters eventually and these were recommended to me. When i used them they gave an instant relief, but after about 5 miles with them on they rubbed loose and so became uncomfy. Maybe i didnt fit them right I dont know but I dont think i'd bother with them again.
