I’m using this product for purported life extension benefits. I’ve read that calcium AKG may be more beneficial in this way but I feel that the danger of adding too much calcium to my system that could harden arteries causing negatively neurological and cardiovascular effects could outweigh the added benefit so I’m sticking with this version.

High quality product! Great for adding power and stamina to high intensity workouts. So many benefits - web search will provide. As mentioned by a few, make sure you take with a fuller stomach, an hour or so before activity.
