Water-friendly, wander-ready, and made outta real yoga mat. Trifecta! These insanely comfy flip flops are everydayers.

I bought thinking I was reordering my Sanuk yoga mat flip flops that I worn for years. The wanders are quite different and don’t read in the pics. The straps are skinnier, though the same materials- without the pattern. The soles aren’t as thick either though much more water resistant and with better tread. I feel the original are more comfortable (squishier) but will be keeping the wanders as well.

Color is disappointing, top part makes me blister
We are Sanuk addicts and have over 20 flip flops betwenn myself and my daughter. This one was a bad choice for our feet- top part blisters us and colors and not at all as nice as the pics, my gold one looks dull skin tone and the bronze also is rather dull looking.

Great Flip Flop
I've been wearing Sanuks for years. No exaggeration, I've probably had 100 pairs of them.I'm a HUGE fan of the yoga mat. Anyone who's worn them knows they don't mix well with water. They're like a sponge. These have a rubber coating and aren't going to be waterlogged at the beach. And they're soft. They aren't as soft as the original, but the ability to stop worrying about getting them wet is worth it.I almost always wear an 8 in shoes. I always wear a 7 in Sanuks.

I have gone through probably about 5 pairs of Sanuk yoga mat sandals in previous years. Love them! There was however one thing that ultimately made me get different sandals: they soak up water (due to the fab yoga mat material) like a sponge! The Wander model caught my eye since it said it was good for wet activities, so I gave it a try. The regular yoga mat material is covered in a very comfy (waterproof) web material. I love it! So now I can start loving my yoga mat sandals again, no more worries about getting water logged!

I found them to be about as comfortable as flip flops can be
I expected these to be more water resistant than they truly are, which is why I purchased them. I used them for showering while camping in the amazon jungle. They do retain water but not as much as some other brands of flip-flops I have tried. I purchased the 9, as I am an 8.5 usually. The 8 would have been too short. The 9 had about 1/2 inch of space in front of my toes and another 1/2 inch or so behind my heel. But the way that the thongs are shape, gripping far along the sides of the foot, a smaller size for me would not have worked. I found them to be about as comfortable as flip flops can be. I usually don't wear flip-flops in general and prefer Chacos (better arch support and straps) but for this trip, these were fine.

Sanuk changed the design. Buyer beware.
I was expecting the Sanuk flip flop that I loved. The ones that has the inner lining with polka dots. What I received is a slippery fit, poor design and lack of comfort. I hate them. I looked on Amazon and the old style is available in pink only. The price tag was outrageous for what I have. They belong at Ross for $5.99 and then you wouldn't mind throwing them away.

I love this particular sandal because the leather fits soft and snug on my foot and not sloppy at all.....not to mention how cushy the yoga mat product is. I've never had such a comfortable sandal! This is my second pair and I'll probably get another. !!!! There are so many colors to chose from!!!!!!!!!!

A bit bigger than expected
I love the color and design, however, i was surprised to find that they are bigger than i expected. I have several pairs of Sanuk yoga mat flip flops and i have never had a problem with the fit. They are still comfy though. The straps are durable and i love the flexible soles.
