After a quick 5 minute set up, all it needs is water and ice and you’re good to go. The packaging is simple and the box comes with everything you need including a hand air pump, a travel bag, a bag you can use as an ice pack, and two top covers. For a portable ice tub the quality is pretty solid and I don’t see it getting worn down quick at all.

I was very happy with this ice bath! I was looking for a nice quality ice bath that I can use frequently after my workouts and this was perfect for me. It is easily set up and much worth the price as well. If you are considering buying any ice bath, you should buy this one! Also, the fact it is portable is even better considering I am traveling a lot. You will not be disappointed with this great product!

Where do I start with this product.This is possibly the best it can get with something that doesn’t cost to much but for what you are paying you get the most of it. This is so reliable with only taking a few minutes to setup up and fill up so that way you have more time to spend inside and recover the body. I highly recommend you buying this ice bath. Only used once. Leaks water everywhere! Yikes! I purchased on October 9th and gave as a Christmas present to my husband and could not return (after we realized the product was defective) because I was past the return window. Frustrated.

For a cheaper option, this is fine. It “holds” water, not sure much more than that though. Does not keep it cold for long, so be prepared with lots of ice.I think our major problem is that it came with multiple holes in every inflatable section and the tub itself so there was a small slow leak.Otherwise, easy to set up and good for occasional use. Daily use became more of a chore making sure we had ice readily available.

This cold plunge left me beyond happy having a great overall product leaving me confident to get into cold plunges and to continue using this in the future, not only is it easy to setup but also has a great amount of space for the price also having a sturdy frame. Great cold plunge to start the commitment !

Takes about 5 minutes to set up, and about another 10 minutes to fill it with water. Very well insulated, water stays cold for a long time. It even comes with a duffel bag for traveling and a lid for extended insulation! I have my whole family trying to use this thing now lol. Definitely getting another one. Highly recommend!
