Gave this as a gift to a sibling of mine that loves traveling. It was a hit! It looks really awesome when it's loaded up with pictures, clippings, and artifacts of all of the places you've been, and the "uncharted territory" is a daily reminder to keep traveling and searching for your next adventure in life.

But yeah, it's starting to come unstuck a little, and it's so thin that the included pins nearly fall out some of the time. Still, it's nice to have to remind us where we've been and want to go.Also: Eurasia has a giant straight seam down the middle. I get that Eurasia's big and the shipping box would have to be bigger if they made it one piece, but couldn't you have split it at the Urals or the Caucasus or similar?

Haven't hung it up yet. But I am so excited to hang it in my sons room. It is a dinosaur themed room. It will look so cute. I have heard that it doesn't stick well on the walls so I will prepare for that ahead of time so that I'm not disappointed when it happens!

Very cool to put either straight onto your wall or add to a frame. (If you add it directly to the wall you will likely not be able to move it again without breaking the structures since it is made from Cork.)We were expecting it to be slightly bigger than what it actually was. There is very limited space to attach pictures etc.

I made a cool art piece by mounting this to a large plank of stained wood. Although some of the parts were cracked when I received it, they were easily repaired with super glue and you can't tell where the damage was. Overall, a great item!

This was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend as we enjoy traveling to new places. Well she finally found the perfect spot to put it up in the house and within 48 hours pieces were falling off of the wall. The worst part is that even though they wouldn't stay stuck to the wall, they adhered to the hardwood floors like crazy glue. They were destroyed trying to remove them from the floor. It was a wonderful idea but due to the lack of quality in the product, it was a HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM IF YOU ARE EXPECTING IT TO WORK AS DESCRIBED!!!

So the roomies all agreed that this was an excellent purchase. Everyone loves it as the center piece of our dining room wall. It adds an amazing amount of class in our decor. The one thing we found disconcerting was the lack of any representation of the Pacific Islands, including the large grouping of the Philippine Islands. Considering that half of us are islanders, you can imagine the frustration of not being able to put pins on our "home" countries and Hawaii! Anyway, we're going to wing it and add our own islands.
