When used consistently, this product is very potent and really wards off colds and sickness. I have proof as there are times that I tend to get run down, holiday times, and if I have been using this consistently for a good month beforehand, I can fly through the season. i have been taking garfic pills for many, many yeas and i believe these habe have kept me healthy with very few colds. i take two pills a day and find the capsules easier to swalllow the regular rough pills
