No structural integrity
While it was very delicious and tasted like a regular mozzarella stick, I noticed a problem. When cooking it in the oven, the cheese just oozes out from every corner, so you have a gelatinous mess of cheese and crumbs. There is no way to not eat this item without a fork or some type of eating utensil. I hope that the manufacturers continue to work on this product to make it more structurally sound. There used to be another gluten-free mozzarella stick that had none of these problems (it's out of production now), so I know that this is possible.

Bad product
Ekk ..boyfriend made fun of me for buying these online ..he was right most of them and I mean 95% were broken and leaking out the contents ..I cooked them and it became a huge blob of nothing ..big waste of money 😔 I was craving ravioli so bad ..it’s hard to find great gluten free products ..this one is a big no .

Complete mush
Just fell apart when cooked and was complete mush. Couldn’t even eat it. What a waste of money! When they arrived they were defrosted. I don’t know if that made a difference as to why they just fell apart.

Taste just like the real thing
These are great! Thank you Russo’s for making a gf option. Everyone on here is saying they don’t have great structure, which is true - but they taste great!! And without these, there would be no other options. I’ll take mozzarella sticks that don’t stay together perfectly, over no mozzarella sticks at all
