So soft and comfortable with tons of support. Incredible and amazing!
I once bought a used twin size innerspring mattress on Craigslist for $100 and used that to replace the flimsy mattress that was on a hospital bed. It was comfortable. I would throw myself onto the mattress (sitting down position) and I would sleep comfortably and very well each night. But after 8-9 years, I started having severe back problems. I then threw away the mattress and the hospital bed.I then slept on the floor on a 3' x 6' yoga mat for a while. Then I bought a tall, metal, folding bed frame and I put the yoga mat on top of that. I thought the yoga mat was a good idea because it was near impossible to find any innerspring mattresses, and the ones that were in my price range looked like they would be terrible and bad for my back. I also did not have any confidence in hybrid mattresses and thought they would not offer enough support for my back. So even though the yoga mat was hard and uncomfortable, I thought that it was doable. I thought that I could also do some yoga mat exercises in bed. But I eventually gave up on the yoga mat exercises in bed and now I only do yoga mat exercises on a different yoga mat on the floor during the day.Eventually, I did get a twin size hybrid mattress, but there were some problems with it. One, it felt too soft and was a bit uncomfortable. And the edges did not have any support, despite having firmer foam in that area, so anytime I sat on the edge, I would slide right off. Also the thick hybrid mattress, despite being the thinnest one available made my bed too high. So I sold the mattress a day later and went back to using the yoga mat on the bed frame. But it oftentimes was a slow and painful process getting in and out of bed because of back and body aches. Lying on my side was painful on my left shoulder because I damaged my collarbone around 9 years ago. And sometimes, not often, my back would go out of alignment. So for a long time, I wondered what I should do. Should I get rid of the bed frame and get a shorter one and then get the twin size hybrid again? But I didn't want to do that. Should I get a down mattress topper? Should I get one of those mattress toppers that are mostly just cheap foam with only a one inch layer of memory foam on top? Or should I get a mattress topper that is 100% memory foam, like this one? Also, how thick should I get it? I never trusted memory foam. I felt like it would be a weird feeling having my body parts sink into the foam like that. But I decided to give it a try and I ordered a 3" memory foam mattress topper for $70 and it's been worth it. The sinking feeling doesn't bother me at all. In fact, it is a good thing because it puts my body in a more natural position instead of putting pressure on a lot of body parts. It's 100% comfortable getting in and out of bed now. I can now lie on my left side without my shoulder hurting. I can now sleep on my back, side, or stomach comfortable. I sleep better. I haven't had any back problems, and my back is recovering from my previous misalignment fast. And I haven't had any problems with heat retention in the mattress topper and my apartment temperature is usually 82 F in the winter time. So overall, very happy. I am tempted to believe that this memory foam topper on wooden planks would be better than a hybrid mattress because hybrid mattresses consist of a lot of cheap layers of foam that wear out fast and are just unnecessary fluff, whereas the memory foam is all one really needs I think. Also, my hybrid mattress I bought weighed like 250 lbs (exaggerating), but the memory foam topper and the yoga mat I am using underneath it (instead of wood planks) is so light and easy to move. I like that. I hate lifting or dragging around really heavy mattresses when I have a bad back from a roofing accident that I was in. And now I don't need to buy a shorter bed frame as the mattress topper didn't add a lot of height.UPDATE: It's been 10 days and I've been in pure heaven each and every day. I don't think I will ever have back problems again and even if I get back problems they will probably be solved as soon as I sleep on this memory foam mattress topper.

Will not cure u from your normal joint pain but will cure u from extra pain your mattress is causing
(This is a review after 3 months of use)I had a very firm memory form mattress & I hoped it would soften up eventually after breaking it in but that never happened & it seemed it had only gotten worse. For some perspective, I am young but have joint pain from a Autoimmune disease & whenever I would sit or lie down it would trigger the normal pain I have to get MUCH worse (Specifically in my hips) I even started getting some lower back pain that I didn't have before. After I bought this Topper the back pain that I didn't have before disappeared and the extra pain that the mattress was causing towards my hip also instantly went away. I WILL like to say I DO still have joint pain, this Topper will not cure you. So it is important to figure out if it is the mattress making your situation worse or if it's just you lolPros:- Quite affordable- Very squishy & soft- Relived the addition pain I was getting from my hard mattress- My cats love it lolCons;- Topper slide around on the mattress tiny bit (This would not be a issue if you have headboard and footboard for your bed) I do wish this Topper had some sort of strap to latch on to the mattress better though.- Corners look kind of weird looking, they have a sharp look to them & exceed past the mattress a little. putting sheets on them help conceal this slightly but still look a bit odd lol- The topper is slightly larger then a average mattress ( I have a queen size)- There is a new foam smell that burst out of the topper when in use but it goes away after a week and I'm very very sensitive about scents & this didn't bother me.Overall. This Topper is great! I'm very happy I decided to buy this. Although I do kind of wish I bought the 3 inches over the 2 since I wanted that sinking into a marshmallow feeling but I could always just buy another & add it on top.P.S. I am a lower weight (under 100 pounds) I am disclosing cause I saw a few people complain this topper is hard to get up from/it will swallow you up but I did not have any sort of this issue at least with the 2 inch one.P.S.S if you're having issue finding sheets that fit, get deep pocket sheets :)

Difficult to return
The 4 inch is a little too soft, the 2 inch not soft enough…. Dare I try the 3 inch??!?!?! It’s really hard to get it folded back up to return, thankfully my husband rolled it, layers on it and muscled it back into the box! These are very smooth and you just melt in, I just haven’t found the right thickness for me! Our bed is med firm for back support. So I returned the 2 inch and have been using the 4 inch for over a year. May try the 3 inch when The current one wears out. I would recommend it if your bed is too hard and you’re having, neck, shoulder or back pain from your bed!

A good topper... with caveats
This topper was ordered to place on a guest room mattress. Here's what I found:SET UP: Easy to set up. I found that it puffed out to 3" in about 15 minutes in a cool (70F) room. There was no odor and the mattress had no deformities. It fit my Queen mattress perfectly. Basically, it was in good condition and ready for service after removing it from the packaging and waiting for it to fully inflate.USE: I used it on a 13 year old mattress that has only been used a handful of times in a guest bedroom (purchased in 2010). the mattress is still in good condition but the top padding was always not the best so I wanted something that could add padding to the mattress. After sleeping on it this topper it fit the bill very well! It's perfect for a guest bedroom but I would not want to use it for every night use. I don't think it would perform as well as a new padded mattress and if you are going to use it every day then I would suggest spending the money and getting a new mattress. After all, a building is only as good as its foundation and this is no different. if you're using an old worn out mattress this topper would just follow the hills and valleys in the mattress. Fortunately , my mattress is still in good condition so the topper is a good addition to the bed. I found it easier to sleep on the bed than before the topper was added and woke with no body aches or pains. I didn't have any to begin with but when I slept on the same bed pre-topper my shoulders were aching from the original hard mattress pad. So fair warning: this is not going to turn a worn out mattress into a heavenly sleep mattress! if you have a worn mattress, but a new one. Don't waste money on a topper... ANY topper!WARRANTY: I tried registering my topper at the website in the provided literature but found that the warranty is only for items purchased in the United States. It's a 3 year warranty but I couldn't get it to work so that is why I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating.CONCLUSION: Overall I'm happy with my topper. It came as promised and in good condition, didn't smell, set up very easily and was a comfortable sleep for the night I slept on it. Used in conjunction with a mattress pad it stays put and provides good support to my body. All in all I am very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone interested in a good topper. I will take my chances that nothing goes wrong with it during the next 3 years since it is in a guest room. But I am disappointed in the fact that there is no warranty available for Canadian customers.

Amazing value for money
This topper is such good value for money, it’s brilliant and improves a hard, basic mattress no end. More than stands up to toppers 3 times the price. My only gripe is that it doesn’t have a cover so I just put a cotton mattress protector over the top which made it breathable and protected it.

Ok
This is not bad for the price. Don't expect much so you won't be disappointed. Serious odor upon opening.
