Holy Stone Quadcopter HS100 Black Controller/Transmitter

I bought the HS100 drone, used it twice and the controller quit. I bought a new controller and it does not work. I would avoid this drone, it's been a complete disappointment.

UPDATE -Zare from Customer Support contacted me and provided me with a new controller that worked fine. Whatever kinks I had in the first two seem to have been resolved. Outstanding Customer Service on the part of Zare and very much appreciated. It speaks very well of the company. The drone flies very well now that I'm able to actually try it. Only some drift that still requires some tuning.- previous reviewBought a 2nd one hoping it would be able to charge properly. Neither are able to hold a charge. Must be bad wiring w the USB port. Basically makes the drone unusable.

What is with these stupid remotes that won't charge even brand new? Reading the comments everywhere, cant you people fix them?

The Holy Stone HS100 is a wonderful starter drone. I really like the GPS feature - it holds the drone steady in the air effortlessly. If you are just getting into drones, consider this model. Holy Stone makes nice, high quality products at an affordable price and has excellent customer service!

Awesome controller very easy to use not heavy for the size of the controller durable even can use a lanyard for easy carrying great company great products
