Pique claims their tea suppresses hunger and I couldn't have been more sceptical. I never buy into gimmicks and always test things myself. Which is what I did when I came across this tea and saw how many people swear by it on specific fb groups.They offer full refund if you don't like it, so I figured I have nothing to lose.Well, I'm very happy to say it works. I've never cared for tea in my life. Even when I'm sick I'll drink warm water with honey and lemon. Never tea.But I emjoy this tea and it has definitely helped me deal with cravings and reduce my hunger.I think it's because of the process they use to make it. All I know is I could not go a day without craving sweets and succumbing to them and now I drink a couple of those per day, and I've been having zero interest in desserts for over a week now. No sweets/ carbs craving= sticking to my healthy eating= losing weightIt is definitely a bit expensive, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to drink two cups a day indefinitely.My plan is to continue doing that until I lose the desired weight and then I'll just be using it sporadically, like when I'm having bad cravings.The good news is that's it's so potent that you can definitely stretch the contents of one tea packet for 2 mug fulls of tea, which allows me to make this collection (8 pack variety) last for over 3 months, even if I drink it dailyIt's worth a shot.

I especially love the cinnamon and earl grey. I mix them with hot water in blender with a little almond milk and maybe some vanilla collagen. It's a foamy yummy drink that I sprinkle cinnamon on. I also love the Roobibos and mint tea. It's very pricey but I do love it.

Will update review after trying more varieties, but some initial impressions:Takes all the time out brewing tea which is a huge plus.Big negative so far is that at least one of the boxes arrived within two days of it's best before date... not impressive for such a premium price.

Spent almost $100 on a sampler pack of tea - just received it today (10/4/18) and the expiration date on the boxes is 8/2018. Seriously??

This tea is sooo delicious and easy to make. Every cup is perfect, no problem over or under brewing. Tastes great in hot or cold water. I keep a few packets in my bag when I go out. I will definitely keep ordering this tea. I notice I feel great since I started drinking it regularly, too. Thanks for such an amazing drink!

The quality of the Pique Teas is outstanding. I bought the sampler and I haven't tried all of the different types yet but those that I have are delicious. I have bought directly from the company as well and they send emails with tea recipes, information about the health benefits, and more. It's a little pricey but worth the high standards.

I love Pique tea! My digestion has improved dramatically and I love the taste and the convenience of being able to carry them anywhere I go.

I received it outdated tea! The date on the packages is best by Sept 20, 2018!!!
