It doesn’t work with my office laptop due to company restrictions on certain devices, and it’s also not compatible with MacBook. Finally, the return is not available...

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Its looks cools however there should have been a button to turn mouse and keyboard off to save battery power, keyboard quality is super, mouse is DPI is bit slow but workable! i would say go for it, looks cool to eyes

Good keyboard, terrible mouse
Good keyboard, terrible mouse. The mouse is sluggish and rough to move even on a smoother surface. The mouse navigation isn't smooth either.

Defective mouse.
I received a defective mouse . The left key is not working and the cursor is also not moving. As it is service centre replacement item, now I have to travel 20 km for its replacement. It's totally disappointing amazon and Zebronics. I didn't expected I would be this much disappointed. I don't know if the service centre will behave good or not . I have to travel with the whole package of keyboard and mouse for its replacement. Atleast have some decency to give a good product if it's not directly returnable item but a service centre replacement item
