Very handy for icing the lower back.Here’s some things I wanted to know for the fit:The whole strap is a full 48 inches long. This strap ISN’T stretchy. So, if your mid section is 48 inches or larger you might have a hard time getting this to fit. The regular strap has Velcro, so you can just strap it on. On top of the base strap there are elastic straps that can tighten the fit, kinda like a belt. Together they make for a comfortable and secure fit you can adjust a bit.The cold area is pretty big. Can easily cover from your lumbar to your tailbone. The cold stays cold for a good long while too. I’m able to wear it while laying down, sitting, or standing. It’s been a great help when I want to reduce inflammation and pain in my lower back.It even comes with a little bag to put it in while in the freezer.If you need some cold therapy for your lower back, this should be a great option.

The design and fit is great to target low back discomfort. I really like the added support. I only wish to cold pack stayed cold longer. (But this may be more about my own body temperature) Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and have shared this with friends and co-workers.

This ice pack fits many body types and is comfortable. It adjusts to whatever position you choose. It’s a great way to ice your back while doing other things. Great product

Product has a good intention, but you have to put a towel behind you if sitting down as when it melts the back gets wet there is no covering for the Pack
