Got this for my grandson for Christmas. He loves it. One of the track pieces got damaged by our bull mastiff - does anyone know if you can get replacement track pieces?

I got the xxl track, First off the track doesn’t line up right, the vehicles quit working after two rounds then the other two vehicles got them to work but keep flying off the track due to misalignment, very crappy design. I thought my son would love it for Christmas but unfortunately he cannot play with it now because we always have to try to fix the misalignment. Waste of money. It definitely needs to be a cheaper option when picking one out for the kids.

When my children were small I wanted to buy them one of these because I loved to play with them when I was a kid. I wasn't able to find one until our grandchildren came along. We bought it at Christmas for our 7-year old grandson. He loves it, and so does his 5-year old sister. We've had fun building the track in different formations with them and then racing. Both the kids and the grandparents look forward to playing with it. Grandson can play with very little supervision, but needs help building the track.

Awesome set, but the cars kept getting off the track. When it is at speed, they seem to stay and perform as they should. The tracks takes a little effort to connect properly because you don't want the break any of the connectors/\. For the price, I guess it was a good buy.

Did not like that 1. Cars come off the track too easy. 2. Low Power at times causing cars to fall from Loop. 3. Does not come with Power Source, just USB "short cable." 4. Not able to Plat passed One Minute without having a problem. Disappointed, Imagine how my Son must feel knowing that I have to return it. Sad.

I got this for my son from Santa. We set it up. I was careful to follow the instructions. Only 1 side of the track worked properly, and only if you used the police car (the other 3 cars won't make it around the track). I experimented with different power sources to see if that was the problem (it wasn't). Everything is set up per the instructions. All the connections are tight. it just doesn't work. So i exchanged the item and waited till my son was out of the house, hoping to just tell him i fixed it. The replacement track doesn't work either. Same problems. One side of the tracks work, but only with the police car. Terrible terrible buy.

I just hooked it all up, took maybe 30 minutes. Everything went together no problem. All 4 cars work great. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this. My 4 year old is going to love racing his sister.Obviously this is not a high end set. Cars don't go 90 mph. For what it costs it's a great deal and I'm excited to play with the kids with it.
