Not as potent or sharp as it claims on the bottle. When using this I personally had no bitterness in taste or jitteriness while using it so it has been safe for my particular daily usage.

Well, I don't do well with coffee because I don't need a lot to get me wired - and for years - I was getting that too much caffeine buzz that coffee give you - because coffee in different places has different strengths - I never would get the right amount of caffeine for me. (I have HUGE coffee drinkers I've turned onto this and they love it SO much better)So you find out what amount of nicotine works for you - to keep you alert and sharp for 4-6 hourse - enough - but not too much for you. Then - you can monitor EXACTLY the amount that works best for you - and get the exact right amount each and every time- NO COFFEE BUZZ or getting over caffinated!!!!! If you get a little sleepy after the 5th or 6th hour - take another dose. For me - each pill is 200 mg - I take a 100 mg dose. When I drank too much coffee I wouldn't sleep for two nights - no joke. Now - it last 4-6 hours each dose. I can sleep the nights I take it - even when I take two doses.I was turned onto this by a Krav Maga Master 6th degree black belt - who did competitions and would put on large teaching sessions. This allowed him to montor his mental acuity and sharpness - just enough - never too much - to keep him alert and sharp- but not get him the caffeine buzz.
