I have a new conch, a daith, two forward helixes & one lobe piercing & I'm a side sleeper (and I’m crazy but I did them all at the same time so they could all heal at the same time). I didn’t want to go through multiple months of healing one piercing just to get another & do the same thing. A travel pillow was just hurting my neck. I tried two other “piercing pillows” and they were too flat (my ear would touch the pillow underneath) & the pillow opening for your ear was too small (my ear would touch the pillow) and it would hurt my ears. This pillow I swear by. The opening is larger so your ear fits in without it touching at all and it is more supportive. I bought the larger option & the hole for your ear is not directly in the middle, it’s a little offset so you can put your heard down like you would with a normal pillow & your ear with sit in the opening & your head doesn’t constantly feel like it’s going to roll off like with the smaller piercing pillows. I have already recommended this to two people with new cartilage piercings. I was pierced 1 1/2 months ago and I have no pain. I clean with saline twice a day & use this pillow religiously. The cost is a drop in a bucket compared to your sleep not being interrupted due to pain. I got the larger size & it does actually feel really cool to touch. I use a satin pillow case over it so I can wash that every week instead of actually having my face directly against the pillow & I still have room with the pillow case pushed down in the opening. It is 1,000% worth the money!!!

Game changer for new piercings or if you want to wear earbuds while sleeping. This pillow is comfortable and such a great price. I got three new cartilage piercings and am a side sleeper so it was affecting my sleep and healing of my new piercings. This pillow allowed my ear to heal faster and an added bonus is being able to fall asleep with my ear buds in without the pressure of a regular pillow causing soreness . The only downside is the lack of pillow case options. The white looks grungy fast and begins to pill after the first wash.

As a side sleeper with a new daith piercing, this was an excellent purchase! The healing time can take up to one year and I am no longer forced to sleep on my back or my right side only for that long of a time!The thickness of the pillow and size of the hole are just right. Based on reviews of similar products, I read that many might say that it is too close or far to be comfortable, but the offset hole on this one makes it more customizable for different individuals. I like that you can also use it as a regular pillow too. I chose the larger size because I read reviews that it was more like a travel pillow which I know is not what I was looking for. The density may be slightly firm compared to my other pillows, but honestly I believe it is necessary to support my head while keeping the weight off of my piercing. Like most memory foam products, it does have a weird smell but I imagine it will go away over time.So far, no soreness or irritation on my ear! I am looking forward to hopefully a faster and smoother healing time and can’t wait to be able to change my jewelry!

The pillow is comfortable, the hole is definitely big enough to side sleep with piercings and not have the touch the bottom or sides. I like the memory foam too as I have tried other pillows like this that were too hard and very uncomfortable. My one major issue with this pillow is that the case is made with a material that snags very easily on jewelry. I bought this pillow hoping it would allow me to side sleep without harming my healing piercings but when they get caught inside the fabric of the case I feel like the pillow is doing much more harm than good. I ended up having to put a normal case on it and just pushing the fabric of the normal pillow case into the rectangular cutout but this pillow would work so much better if the case it comes in was made of a different fabric. Overall, I like the pillow but I would say be cautious with your jewelry if you are using it while trying to heal new/sensitive piercings as it can be very painful if they snag on the fabric.

I LOVE this pillow! I’m considering buying another one for my bed. It’s small but mighty. I use it on my sofa to nap on and my ear has zero pain. I bought a couple satin covers for it. The LCBD Silky Satin Toddlers ones are wonderful.I’ve purchased a second one that stays at my parent’s house in the cold Midwest. I have to say this pillow in their winter seems much firmer than when at my home in FL. The warmth orhumidity perhaps makes it more memory foam like (softer) in FL. Anxious to see how this does in Midwest Spring. Support is perfect for me. Size is perfect as it doesn’t hurt my neck and I have cervical issues.I’ll likely buy this a third time to travel with.

I can't use earbuds and must use headphones to listen to green noise to get to sleep at night. I bought this pillow hoping it would make sleeping with headphones on comfortable. It definitely exceeds my expectations on that. The only reason I don't give it five stars is it should come with a pillowcase. A full size pillowcase is way too much. Had my wife make a pillowcase for it by shortening a standard one. The issue with that is it comes off too easily. A zippered or pillowcase with some Velcro would be just the thing to make this a five-star item

I purchased several different ear pillows and none had a large enough space to sleep easily. I kept sliding around on the little pillows. This is a great pillow to sleep on because the size is larger and the hole is larger as well. Sweet dreams!
