I thought it would be biggerBut still affective- you get more of a pelvic floor work out and inner thigh if you put it between your knees instead of having it further up like the old school thigh master my mom uses to have - its a good starter product for beginner workout activities

This Thigh Master - Thigh & Hip Strengthener works as promised and is easy to use. I don't like the pink color, though.

It is not made for larger thighs as it is difficult use with the current size of my legs, I am hoping once with continued use it becomes easier to use as they fit better in the slots
