FANTASTIC Massage Gun!! If you are in the market for a quality massage gun, then look no further because this one by Bob & Brad is AWESOME!!! My husband and I had a different one for about 5 years and it did the job, but it was very noisy and heavy. It had given out and stopped working so we searched Amazon and found this one by Bob & Brad. We really liked how it had so many attachments and that it came with cooling and heating attachments too. When we received it, we were surprised at how compact it is and lighter weight than our old one. I was questioning if it would have the same kind of power, but it sure does and then some!! AND it is so much quieter than our old one where we could actually hear the TV while we used it, unlike our old one. After about a month of use, for some reason it stopped charging. So I reached out to the customer service and I got a live person right away who was very friendly and professional and apologized for the issue we were having and stated it was not typical. But all they asked was for me to send some details about our unit and a quick video showing it woudn't charge. Once they received the email, they responded right away and quickly sent us a new massager. Every time I corresponded with the customer service representative over email, they were very responsive, helpful and extremely friendly!! Very pleasantly surprised at my interaction with them and wish that all companies operated that way! We received our new massager within a couple of days and have been using it daily since and are extremely pleased with it!!! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this massager for not only how well it works, but also for the great company and service they provide!!!

Definitely worth getting one if you get or have sore muscles whether from working out or injuries.I love this massager and it comes with plenty of accessories (different massage tips) to give you the massage you need. The battery life is decent and it's easy enough to charge. I didn't think I really needed the tip that does heat and cold, but it actually works really well. It's pretty amazing actually. My favorite tip is the soft(ish) ball and if you're really sore and can't take the direct impact, you can simply turn the unit to the side to reduce the amount of impact you feel. My daughter liked mine so much she bought one too. She got a slightly different model from the same manufacturer, but likes mine better (although they have almost all the same features).The case is really nice to keep your massage gun and all of the tips together.

I've watched numerous videos online featuring physical therapists Bob and Brad over the years, so when I suffered a fractured tibial plateau, I knew I'd be using their recommendations for rehab when the time came. It charges quickly and holds the charge for a significant period of time. It comes in a great little case to keep all the accessories in one place. Easy to use and easy to carry with me, I love this massage gun. Bob and Brad - they're the most famous physical therapists on the internet and this is only one reason why!UPDATE: Unfortunately for me, the massage gun stopped charging. FORTUNATELY for me, BOB AND BRAD PRODUCTS stand behind their guarantee and within a few days after contacting them, I had a new massage gun in hand. No hassle, plesant experience, and I'm so glad to have relief in hand again!

Incredible Relief & Quality!I’ve been using this massage gun for a few weeks now and it’s been a total game-changer. The build quality feels solid, the motor is powerful yet quiet, and the battery lasts a long time between charges. I especially love the different attachment heads —they really help target specific muscle areas after workouts or long days.It’s helped reduce soreness and tension in my shoulders, back, and legs. I’ve had the massager about a month now. The massager itself works well and has a good amount of power for how small it is. The battery life is pretty short, it usually lasts for 3 separate cycles on the lowest setting (1 out of 5). Also the battery light indicator does not work properly it can have 3 out of 4 lights lit up and not make it through a cycle.

I Was very happy with this product until I wasn't. The battery died (note: don't let the battery run down to zero) and I was unable to charge the unit. So I contacted the company and happily provided them all the necessary information as requested. I was emailed back the next day and was informed that a new unit was on the way. Not only did they replace the unit but gave me the next level better model for the inconvenience. I was astonished. Two days lated the new unit was in my mail box, and another email stated that I need not return the old broken unit. The new one works GREAT. Very light but also strong and powerful. I Highly recommend This item and the company. Hats off to Bob and Brad, they are what real customer service is about.
