Loving this WishCare Ceramide Lip balm as it is nourishing my lips outstandingly! It's very lightweight on the lips and doesn't feel heavy or too glossy or thick. On my lips it feels very comfortable and make them very soft and supple. I love the ingredients such as Kojic acid which will brighten up my lips and it has SPF 50 PA+++ which will provide sun protection to my lips in the summer months. I'll highly recommend this if you're looking for an effective lip balm.

It does make your lips softer,plumer, and hydrate but if you are buying this because of pigmentation or two toned issues then it's a no it didn't work on me maybe it will work on you for your pigmentation
