I have been dealing with a terrible cold this week and these are the perfect answer for lunch. The flavors are rich and so good.

Well, they say you get what you pay for 😅 The Chicken Ginger and Turmeric bone broth really is delicious. I added chopped carrots, leeks, rice and cooked chicken to make a hearty soup when I was under the weather. The only downside is that the packs are 8.3 ounces, which really isn't enough for a full bowl of soup. For reference, a standard canned soup is around 14 oz. I did have to use two packs to make a full bowl, meaning each "serving size" ends up costing $11.No complaints about the actual product, it may just be a bit out of my price range for the amount you get.

I love all of Brodos flavors but this one is great to substitute in lieu of water in so many recipes. I’m on anti inflammatory diet so the turmeric and ginger are great for me.

I used to use another brand of chicken broth but this brand is 10 times as good. It really soothes my stomach

This is like drinking tea and is filling so I don’t crave food while consuming. Purchased for health benefits and not sure about that, but happy with the product.

Wifey makes great soups using them as a base.Great!

When Brodo sent it's soup in frozen batches, it was a bit more expensive than this product but when one opened the cover of that frozen container one was sure to find a fragrant, gelatinous topping to a frozen quart of broth AKA joyous proof of the collagen and nutrients drained from bones and meat, over many hours of what anyone who has made REAL BONE BROTH knew was painstakingly hard work. The fact of the sloppy gelatinous topping to the broth was worth the heft price tag back then. Now? Not so much. I have given 3 stars for this iternation of brodo's "bone broth" but I'm entirely unconvinced that this product is bone broth of true origin. As an early adopter, one who used to go to their window for cups of broth and order the frozen quarts to take home, I firmly believe that Brodo has bastardized their signature broth. I'm not sure why they bother serving it in the pouches. It would be more environmentally friendly if it were served in a can...and serving this soup in a can is more appropriate for what we're receiving; most likely, they created a highly concentrated and condensed version of brodo's broths, stored them and then added filtered water at the necessary juncture for shipping. I wouldn't be surprised if we started seeing brodo branded condensed gel broth starters...Im sure it's what they use for the broth right now. However, rather than sell us the truth, they are likely making the bones broth we purchase, at premium prices, from tsps of condensed brodo broth gel; all they have to do is add filtered water to create the famous brodo broth that we can now purchase without the bother of waiting for a new frozen shipment to become available...nor for the owners of Hearth to need to fulfill countless orders for REAL, HOMEMADE, BRODO, BONE BROTH!
