I wasn't sure which product to buy since there were many of them to choose from. Called the vendor to inquire.I was treated excellent and they were able to set me at ease about the product and guarantee. They even included, at no charge, F2 connectors in the event I needed them to connect the battery. Price was reasonable and free shipping. Very happy with the purchase. Hopefully it will last more than a year.

Perfect fit for the Portalac PX12072
This battery is the correct size for the Verizon Portalac PX12072 battery. Wrote down the date installed on the battery and will see how long it lasts. The Portalac battery lasted approximately eight years or a little bit more. It wasn't rated five stars because I'm not able to comment on battery life.

Great replacement for my cable back up, half of what the cable company wanted, and that's not including labor.

It is reasonable priced. The battery has lasted at least one year and hope it lasts more than couple of years like the last replacement. Customer service was very prompt to address warranty issues.
