I’m not a doctor, but this brand seems to work well, and I tend to have more energy when I take it on the regular.

When you open it the odor is strong but that tells you it’s full of b’s. I wanted to get more b’s as I age. Don’t know if they are working and may not take daily but three times a week.

Vimerson satisfies all tests for quality and purity. I always look for a company that follows the guidelines of the Good Manufacturing Practices trade group. This company not only uses third party testing, they also test for heavy metals, which can be a problem on internet supplement purchases. The capsules themselves are standard cellulose type base for the vegans, and are fully packed. There are no broken capsules, and no leaks. The inclusion of inositol, folate, and pantothenic acid make a more complete formula, when compared to other products. This Vimerson Health B complex is slightly more expensive, but I want the best when my health is concerned. It’s just small change. I would recommend this vitamin to a friend. An excellent quality product, and good value for money.

Occasionally, I like to add in a B complex to my daily regimen to deal with stress. This one is a high potency, turns your urine bright yellow from the B's - normal - and smells like a typical B complex. Sometimes less is more and I will take one capsule per day most days and then and in a second one on occasion. I like that it is a (vegan) capsule which makes it easy for me to swallow. Vimerson is what I see as a responsible company making well-thought-out products. Happy to have it available.

I am very happy with this quality supplement. I love that they are made in the USA in GMP certified facilities. These two things are quite important to me when I am purchasing supplements. The bottle is sealed twice, as you can see in my photo. The color of the vitamins is very vibrant which leads me to believe that the ingredients are fresh. I have been taking these supplements for a few days and have had no adverse effects from them at all. I do feel like I have a bit more pep in my step.

After all these years, my first time taking a B Vitamin, so I have nothing to compare these pills with. I will say that like all other Vimerson pills I have tried they are easy to swallow. But the pills themselves have a strong odor and now my urine looks radioactive.

Supplements and vitamins are not FDA regulated so it is impossible to say these work. I do take these and alternate with different vitamins and supplements. I can only hope these work as there is no way to verify. Family members have recently had vivid so I hope these keep me healthy.

I don’t always have time to eat a balanced diet, so this B-Complex helps me to fill in B vitamins I may not be consuming throughout the day. I do feel well after taking them with no adverse side effects to report. I think they are providing me with extra energy to deal with various stressors at work, so I plan to continue including them in my daily regimen. They can be taken at or in between meals.
