I have 2 pets dur to which i bought the vaccum, i am impressed with it. Value for money and a must buy for someone who has pets.

2023 model and display not working.
I was very excited at first with quality while opening. But it was very disappointing in few minutes1. display was not working out of box !!2. device is manufactured in 2023. I don't know why they are selling in 2025 . I though I would at least get fresh 2025 stock.why product description did not say 2023 model like other home appliance does. Its a 2 year old manufactured battery.

Replace missing parts as unable to get full benefit out of it
The media could not be loaded. I had bought the Dreame vacuum cleaner on the 24th November 2024 and as I was out of station I got to unwrap it just today to see there is no rotating brush head accessory and also the charging socket with the cord. I request you to please do the needful asap.

SERVICE SO BADD...IT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
The cordless dose evrything it has promises... Easy to maneuver ...not very loud..battery life not as mentioned 90mins but definitely nearly 45mins ( i usually use it in auto mode only). Attachment quality suction... everything is pretty decent.But within 10 days of purchase I have started facing battery or software problem... The complain was attended promptly but after their technical person came home to check. He was not really knowledgeable... Then he was suppose to speak to his senior and get back to me in couple of days .. it has been 15 days to the same...but there is no response...no email... They are just not reverting as assured.. I live in mumbai and facing this...The SERVICE really sucks... The customer care is pathetic... This how you guys plan to lead the Indian market... If you cannot give service unshould not sell either..My advice genuinely would b rather by a dyson than face service issues . I am to stuck n completely regret buying dreame r20
