It has the perfect amount of air flow
I am using this product in a full size refrigerator, that I converted to a poultry egg incubator. It has the perfect amount of air flow, to finally equalize my humidity and temperature, throughout the full size fridge. I give it 4 of 5 stars, because of the flimsy connectors to the cord, which one was bent and now gives me a hard time to plug in. Not only that, but the lack off a mounting bracket. I pulled this in, and even holding the edges, the fan blades hit my fingers hard enough to cause me to drop the fan (on to my full rack of incubating eggs, huge mess). There are screw/bolt holes for one to mount it to a DIY bracket I guess, but it is an odd shape, and the holes are too small for zip strips. The fan blades will hit fingers and anything that touches the backside, so like you could not sit it blowing up on a bracket without the fan blades hitting. Anyways, Great power, great fan, so so price, but no bracket. Rather pay $2 more and have a bracket.

It works great and I have no issues
I bought this fan to put in the vent of my fire place. It works great and I have no issues. I purchased a 4-inch vent fan previously but the heat of fireplace would burn the unit up after about 2 uses. I have a speed control unit installed on the fan which works quite well. It was a bit difficult but I was able to secure the fan in the vent and there is no vibration. The only reason I did not give this unit a 5-star rating except it is a bit noisy especially on high speed. Of course they advertise this unit as a fan for greenhouses and I don't believe those uses would require such a quiet fan. I do like the unit and will buy another for my other fire place vent! Hope this review helps.

Excellent fan!
I used this as an intake fan in my generator house to push air from the outside across the exhaust and out the other side where the exhaust vents. This fan has exceeded my expectations, I ran the generator inside the house, closed up for about 3-4 hours. Normally after that amount of time it is extremely hot inside the house but after installation of the fan, it was like the generator had not run but just a couple minutes. It pushed about 800cfm of air which is plenty to push the exhaust out. So glad I went with this fan and not another one!

A good fan, but too small for 8' x 8' greenhouse
This is a good fan, although it is a little loud. It turned out to be a little too small for my 8 ft by 8 ft greenhouse. On days that get into the 80's I also need to open both doors in order to keep the temperature below 95 degrees for the peppers.

Great air flow.Lacks an on off switch. Just a little louder than I like but ok.
Great airflow for a compact unit. It's fairly loud, though; about 65db on my meter. The motor runs pretty hot. I'll have to check back to any results concerning longevity.

Very high quality fan . . .
Bought this fan to replace a cheaper fan with a plastic housing and sleeve bearings. This fan is used for sub-cooling on a mini-split heat pump custom heat exchanger.Solid aluminum frame, ball bearing motor, mounting holes on both front and back rims, removable power cord, quiet running, high CFM output, low operating cost (measured at 57 watts), low price. This fan needs to run 24/7 during the heating season in Maine, and does it's job well.Highly recommended.

Axial fan
This fan works really well. Pull it out of the box, plug in the power cord to the socket built in to the frame of the fan and pop the other end into a socket and voila! Not the quietest fan but its very powerful and does what it is supposed to do.

Good air flow and low power consumption
I purchased this specific fan for use on a wood-burning furnace that is powered by an off-grid, solar-powered battery bank. Specifically, I was looking for a low energy consumption fan with reasonable air flow (806 CFM at less than .66 amp met my needs perfectly). The original blower that came with the furnace was certainly functional, but it was a heavy power consumer. Installed the Hurricane fan over the holidays, along with an AC axial fan speed controller. Both worked out wonderfully.

Did the Trick
This little fan was what we were looking for to help even out the heat flow in our bedroom, as it was always cold, we created a frame for the fan and inserted them in the cold air return to pull the cold air out of our bedroom and push the warm air from the rest of the house around.

good quality
Excellent fan. works great and pushes a lot of air. I like having a cord attached instead of having to wire up a cord for other fans to adapters
