I like the fact that they were delivered the next day (prime) and they were well protected. I always use Purdy brushes because they are the best. They retain their shape, don't lose bristles and hold a lot of paint.Dosen't matter if one is using undercoat, gloss or even emulsion, the finish will be superiour with these brushes. They have well balanced handles and offer good grip which is useful when needed to turn over the brush to redistribute the paint. They are great for cutting in and because they hold a lot of paint, one can cut in for a long run without stopping to reload. Look after these brushes and they will serve you well.The cardboard brush-keep is useful for storing clean brushes. Why buy second best?

Purchased this to replace one of the same size. My previous one was many years old and was as good as the day it was born…. Until my dog decided it was a chew toy!! LolAnyway, when this happens, I used another well known brand, bust just couldn’t take to it.Day one of the Purdy and I felt right at home… the balance of these brushes is amazing!!

Super brush leaves a perfect finish ,yes it expensive but look after it and it will last for many years and get better through time .
