Good camera with some good features for the money but a couple of flaws keep it from a 5 star review.
I bought one because I spend a lot of time in the garden shed so I needed something to keep a constant eye on the front of the house in case of visitors or deliveries. I have a Linx tablet that I have mounted in the corner which streams a picture from the camera all day. The initial setup wasn't too difficult but I could probably say if you aren't too technically minded you might struggle a bit, I had to add the camera twice before it worked, I even reset it and did it all over again to make sure it wasn't me, you just use the app on your phone and then scan the QR code on the back of the camera to add it to the list. The quality is pretty good and I certainly wasn't expecting it to be amazing, it can just about read the title of a book from about 10 metres away, it definitely cant read my opposite neighbors car reg while its in the window upstairs. Whenever you view the camera it defaults to VGA mode and you have to click the HD button every time you open the camera viewer, I wish it would just stay on HD. The other problem which is the biggest one for me is that you cant turn the night vision off, it just comes on when it starts to get dark and there is no manual override, the problem for me is that I have it in the front window looking out and the picture is fine until night vision kicks in as the LED's reflect off the window causing the camera to be blinded. I know its advertised more towards keeping an eye on inside your house but I really wish you could turn the night vision off as my street is very well lit at night and the camera can see fine for the first few minutes of darkness before the night vision kicks in.I like the fact I can view the camera from my phone, tablet or desktop computer so that's definitely a plus, I haven't tried some other features out like motion detection and email warning so I cant comment on this. All in all its a great piece of kit for the money and does exactly what I wanted it to do albeit the night vision issue. I was going to buy another one but I might get a different one this time or spend a little more so I can turn the night vision on or off.

Great camera!
So far so good! 360 degree you can turn the camera with a swipe on the screen app, record from your phone and saves in an album on the app, picture is surprisingly decent for a cheap camera, nightvision is great I have got this to watch a puppy soon to be coming home so will be perfect, over 7miles away and as long as your phone has internet you can view the camera and move it etc, set up wasn’t the easiest but made my way through it and like with everything takes a little getting use to as to what buttons do what etc but overall fantastic so far, by the looks of it you can add more than 1 camera onto the app aswell and atleast 2 phones can view the camera at the same time, just hope it keeps it up for longer than a few months

Work well but...
It took a while to get it all up and running but they did work. We wanted to keep an eye on my mother who lives with us and the house while we were away. The day after we left, Mum said that she didn't sleep well because some alarm kept going off. She realised it was the camera (we have cats!) so she unplugged it. When she unplugged it, she said the plug was quite hot. I said to just leave it and if the other camera was the same, unplug that one as well - it was. So while the cameras worked and did what they were supposed to do, I now feel it is too dangerous to use them while we're out of the house, defeating the whole object!

Temperamental to Set Up
Instructions are badly translated into English. The set up procedure was simple in principle, but didn't work, despite repeating the process and resetting it numerous times. It just wouldn't connect to my WiFi. I was about ready to box it up and send it back, but decided to take it to work, where I have WiFi and get one if my more techy colleagues to try it for me. After many attempts, it finally connected. The camera worked well, the picture was good, motion sensor worked as expected. Recorded sounds clearly as well. So I tried again at home and managed, after several tries to connect to my WiFi. It's great for monitoring my dogs when I'm not home.

I have two cameras looking through windows at the garden. A smartphone, essential for camera setup , also gives audible notification of subject movement, a laptop is used for the camera’s video and audio output. I have not tried recording. HD quality over wifi is satisfactory, video file size up to 1.2 megabits, depending on image content. One camera stopped working after 7 months, it was quickly replaced under warranty. Fredi support replied to emails within 24 hours. I found wifi setup on all my cameras annoyingly difficult. Better instructions in good English are needed to win my fifth star.

Very poor customer service - buying good reviews
I've had a few of these cameras now and the quality is hit and miss - they all look similar from the outside but the hardware inside varies regularly. This results in varying picture quality and also configuration options. The worst thing however is the customer service... I had a fault develop a few weeks within warranty, contacted fredi support and they advised me to factory reset and this temporarily resolved the issue. However, when the same fault occurred again shortly after the warranty expired they refused point blank to refund or replace, even though the fault had first developed weeks within warranty. They also offered me a free camera in exchange for a five star review... Alarm bells...Update: Shortly after posting this review I was contacted again (surprise, surprise) and offered to be refunded if I purchased a replacement. I accepted this offer, bought the camera, then was repeatedly asked to change my review to 4/5 stars before being refunded. Eventually I received a refund less than the new camera (they went back through my previous orders and refunded a camera I bought while on offer!). I'm now contacted EVERY FEW WEEKS with a copy/paste of further offers of free cameras in exchange for removing this review. This is really not a good company to deal with and is obviously buying good reviews.
