Feels a little flimsy but as an introduction to a rotary drying it’s okay
Have never used a rotary dryer before. It feels very lightweight and flimsy - which is great for easy removal and storage. The washing needs to be pegged out evenly, weight wise , going round the spiral, or the line starts to sag deeply on one quarter pulling it very tight in other quarters and rows, requiring you to pull it back through the holes - a tedious job! I had to buy a metal spike for my very solid ground, but the main pole does wobble about a bit and the spike has so far scored a groove around the pole. it doesn’t inspire confidence in the longevity of the pole. However I guess you get what you pay for. I have only dried relatively small clothes with great success so far, but found that pegging them one behind the other can cause tangles in the wind with the longer items. I discovered that pegging out the items on the first round to the left of centre and on the second round to the right of centre solved that problem. I am not confident about hanging out heavier weight items like towels on this dryer. So far for small amounts of washing it has done the job. I am impressed with the concept of the rotary dryer but am keeping an eye out for another more robust model when this meets it’s end!

A little disappointing
A little disappointed with this whirly gig, there were no instructions & the line was really slack. In the end we had to take off all of the line and then re-thread it, tightening it while we went. Anyway we decided to keep it, it's not too bad , I can get my washing dry & I couldn't really be bothered returning it!

Ok for a cheap line with a lot of space. Don't expect great quality.
I recognise that this is not the most expensive airier that is available but I expected it to be better quality due to it being Beldray. I have bought expensive ones before and they have lasted for 2 seasons at most (I always leave them outside all year despite my husband's protests). So I though I'd go for a cheaper one so I would not feel so bad when it eventually snapped and toppled over. However, putting this up was a real pain. It took some real force and even then the line was not taught. I had to untie the line and pull it along unsuccessfully to try and tighten it up. The wind-in knob simply squeezes into the centre pole to hold the line in position so if you want to adjust it, it makes a dent in the pole. The rotary bit of the line doesn't spin independently of the pole either so it scores a ring around the pole where I have put it in the holder. And it squeaks. It does have a lot of line space so I have been able to hang up 2 loads of a 15kg washing machine. I have decided to bring it in this winter just because it probably won't survive another year if I don't!

Don't buy it
I have just had the misfortune to take delivery of a Beldray LA031198TQ Rotary Clothes Airer Washing Line, Garden/Outdoor Folding Laundry Drying Rack, 50 Metres, 4 Arm, Turquoise/Grey. It is rubbish - don’t buy it. The lower end of the four square-section aluminium arms that support the 50m line are linked to a plastic circular collar that slides up or down the upright aluminium pole. Having raised this circular collar to open out the four arms to maximum height to tighten the 50m line, it is held in place by a large plastic screw through the circular plastic collar - which you screw up tight to the upright aluminium pole. If you then put more than a few kilos of washing on the line, the plastic screw does NOT hold the circular collar in place - it slides slowly down the aluminium pole - thus lowering any washing towards the ground.

Line stretches way to much with each use
Liked the colour the weight BUT each time I use it my clothes droop and we have to re-thread it every time to tighten the line

Very disappointed in this item
Very disappointed in this item. The first one arrived with one of the arms bent, not surprising given how lightweight it is. Amazon quickly sent out a replacement. We waited for some decent weather before unpackaging it. Needn’t have bothered. It was nigh on impossible to push the arms up to a decent height.(a bath towel skimmed the floor) The screw that holds the arms in place isn’t strong enough so once we started putting items on the line the arms started to fold. A few more attempts left the pole with indentation marks from the screw. 2 towels later we gave up & noticed The central pole had a huge bend from the weight of just the two towels! I’m a little puzzled how this item is fit for purpose when the arms don’t stay up and the metal is no stronger than a plastic straw!

Suspected short life
Although well packaged, the item was broken inside the packaging. One of the blue locking knobs was broken. This did not stop me using it - but it does suggest that "durability" is a non-starter. I doubt I would buy again.

Reasonable
This is a reasonable product. You have to push the hanging bars up and when in position you have to screw a nut to hold it in position. We have found that this doesn't hold very well and the lines are quite loose,
