I have been taken biotin for a few years to help improve my hair. I have seen a noticeable improvement. Shine, condition, thickness and able to grow it longer.I previously purchased from Holland and Barrett but these seem cheaper and just easier to buy from Amazon. PS . I also take marine collagen.

PRO TIPS:If you want long healthy hair / nailsBiotin ✔️Cuticle Oil (every evening) ✔️when I was growing my nails out i did put it on once in the morning once in the eveningand they grew out within like a monthScalp massager (ideally every day but 2-3 times a week will do for 10 ish mins) ✔️Rosemary oil / water ( 1-2 times a week) ✔️you can make your own by buying rosemary at the shop, add to boiling water and let it simmer (heat 4/6 on the hob) for 8 mins, put in spray bottle (£2 on amazon) and spray on your scalp xoxoAlso trim your ends on a full moon ik it sounds a woo woo but trust it works (alongside everything else)Give it 1-3 months it really doesn’t tak

Bought because my hair has become thin after 6 months in hospital.IMy hair is Definitely becoming stronger,it works!

Unlike other biotin supplements, this one is smaller in size hence it is easier to swallow. It also does not smell or taste awful, or give any bitter taste afterwards.
