Disappointing decline in quality
I have been a loyal customer of this ketchup for a long time, always appreciating its thick texture and consistent taste. However, with my recent purchases, I’ve noticed a significant decline in quality. The ketchup has become noticeably watered down, and the flavor isn’t as rich as it used to be. It’s disheartening to see a brand that once delivered such a reliable product suddenly compromise on quality.It’s baffling why they would reduce the quality just as they’ve gained more customers. If there’s no intention to maintain standards, it might be better to discontinue the product altogether. I’ve recommended this ketchup to many others, and I now regret doing so. More customers should never mean less quality. Very disappointing from a brand I used to trust.

Not so great, ok product
There is something that is not so great about the taste. We did not like it as a family. When tomatoes are ripe red in color, why add natural color extracts?
