Only outputs to one audio device at a time
Great picture and sound. But only allows one sound output at a time! This unit allows you to connect bluetooth devices (headphones, speakers, keyboard) which sounds great. until you find out that you can't have the TV speakers on and the bluetooth speaker/headphone at the same time. Real bummer. I spoke with Samsung customer service and they said that is the way they made it, not a malfunction.So, we can either listen to the TV at a volume my dad can hear, but pounds my ears. A volume I can hear comfortably, but he can't hear at all. Or he can listen to the TV comfortably via the bluetooth headphones.
