taste is very good!
i enjoyed the flavors as for it taste like the chicken korma that is served at my local Indian restaurant. it takes a while to make it fresh on your own, but this is very good. i had added some almond slivers, golden raisins, and just a little coconut flakes. it was really good. I also had problem with delivery, three bottles broke. but customer service took care of it right away and i am more than pleased with product and seller. i do recommend this to anyone who like korma.

Delicious Non-Spicy Indian Simmer Sauce
With a jar of this Korma sauce, some cubed chicken and a saucepan, I can simmer this for 10 minutes, steam some rice, heat up some Naan bread, and I have a fabulous-tasting quick Indian entree for 2 that can compete with any restaurant I’ve been to. I can’t eat spicy/hot food and this is not at ALL spicy, while still being wonderfully flavorful. Love it! I buy a case at a time!

This sauce is delicious!
Everything was great except the way the package was handled. One of my jars were smashed, it went everywhere and ants were all over the box because of the sauce.

2 jars compromised
My family loves this sauce, the package arrived today and 2 of the 6 jars were compromised and the safety seal was popped. There is no way to contact the seller to get replacements.. disappointing!

4/6 jars arrived ok, 2 jars were compromised
Ive ordered this item three times now as we like this sauce. Unfortunately, the latest shipment had 2 jars where the safety button was not depressed indicating that the lid had been opened or compromised. For one of them there was some sauce that had leaked out and got on the bubble wrap as well. There does not appear to be any way in which we can have these two jars replaced or refunded.

Exotic taste
Listen readers, this stuff will fool everyone that puts on the feedbag at your place. Yeah, it is simply a marvel in a jar. It taste like the real stuff you get in India. I thought my wife had slaved all day on the Chicken & Jasmine rice, smothered in this sauce, but then she 'fessed-up and told me it was from a jar. Now, the taste-temp is mild, and you can turn up the heat if you add hot stuff, but all of our guest like it the way it comes from the jar. You know, we are lite-weights here in America, compared to the rest of the world. Get some, it's like a restaurant in a jar.

Decent choice for homemade korma, but not comparable to restaurant curry
Bought a bottle of this off the shelf at a local grocery store. Tried it with diced goat chunks and also with diced chicken thighs at home on the stovetop and also in an Instant Pot. It's a decent attempt at homemade curry, although it needs added salt. It isn't going to be anything like what you would order from an Indian restaurant though. You can water this stuff down while you use it to stretch it further. If you're cooking something with fat in it, the sauce will thicken up again as it cools.

A delicious cheat
We like certain Indian foods, Korma is one. But, if you make it from scratch, it takes a long time. This is a perfect cheat when you don't have much time but want to enjoy a nice meal. Flavor is nice, mild, and slightly sweet. One jar makes enough for 2-3 people. We used to get it at Kroger, but they stopped selling it, so Amazon, here we come!
