It's not a massive heavy duty vacuum, it's light weight and very easy to use and with the standard attachments is a good piece of equipment.I have back problems and this vacuum has the perfect weight and it's powerful enough to clean a small house/flat without the need to go over an area more than once. The dust collector is big enough to hold a fair amount of dust and dirt.The battery seems to last a fair bit, I don't know exactly the full duration of a charge as I'm usually finished before the claimed 35 min continuous run time.I loved the fact that the motorized head has a light bright enough to see the dust and any bits that could be missed otherwise. Also the anti tangle feature is great.All in all a perfect vacuum if you are in a budget.The only downside is the base to hang it to the wall it seems not sturdy enough to hold the vacuum and I must admit I haven't fixed it to the wall yet as it doesn't give me the confidence that it could hold the vacuum cleaner and that it might fall off. Then again is my impression of it, other might have other opinions.

It wasn't virgin when it came and after the second battery cycle charge, the charger died deffective, I ordered a new charger. There are no online spare parts for the HEPA filter, even seams to be washable. Suction power is doing its job better ... on the 2nd level. The brush is electric powered, nice. Is Slim, Lean, not loose parts, precise, at a super price of £ 68 + (£12 a new charger). Around 20-30 minutes of continuous battery use/(charge 4hours). Nice accesories, can brush the keypads and computer slots. Used delicately does not crack. The filter cover is a bit flimsy. You need some technical skills to use it for a long time.

Decent price but cannot recommend. I bought this on 1 Jan 24 and 1 Mar 24 contacted Tower because I had been unable to find a compatible replacement filter. The filter does not appear to be built to last and I hoped to have a standby spare. The response I received was that, as the filter is washable, it can be reused. They have offered 2 alternatives. Firstly that I wait to see if they can get one from a returned product. Secondly, that I buy another at discounted price.I have now used this vacuum for 5 months and have washed the Hepa filter several times and found that it is heating up and cutting out increasingly quickly. Now I can expect to use it for about 10-15 minutes before it heats up it's taking longer to cool down and be used again (about 40 minutes). When trying to get a replacement Hepa 13 filter in accordance with the User Instructions which advise that it SHOULD BE CHANGED EVERY 3 MONTHS, I continue to be stonewalled by Tower's Customer Service response, quote:- Unfortunately, we do not manufacture the hepa 13 filters as spare parts as they are reusable as they can be handwashed and reused, therefore, I contacted our spares department to see whether I could access one for you from a return, however we do not have any in racking.Therefore, please contact us in 30 days to see if we have one in which we could supply to you at that time.Alternatively, we could offer a discount on purchasing a replacement vacuum (subject to whether the vacuum is at a discounted price - as we cannot further discount discounted items). If you would like to accept this please choose an in stock vacuum from our website, supply us with the Sku and this reference number: 827220. - unquote. My further request for have been fruitless. If paying £70 for a vacuum which works efficiently for less 5 months is acceptable to you, then go ahead.

Light and easy to use .needs frequent filter clean else won't work and hairs obstruct movement of the roller and may not work so needs regular detangling and emptying during use .Price is reasonable

My 88-year-old mother could not lift her Dyson up the stairs and wanted to replace it with a stick-type vacuum. I researched for weeks, and at £600+, another Dyson could have been an expensive mistake. I eventually bought the tower. At the Tower price, I can afford to get it wrong. IT IS BRILLIANT! Its light (and has a light) works perfectly on laminate flooring. She only has one room with carpet and tells me it works ok. The attachments are a little stiff for her to get off, and getting the dirt collector open again is stiff. I'm hoping it will loosen up with use. She is very happy, and so is my wallet. I don't get why the other vacuums cost so much more.

I bought this vacuum cleaner because I like the design and it was corded. I had a cordless one before and it was rubbish charging. Now this one is amazing it picks up nearly every scrap of dust dirt and the filter does it's job. There is is fresh clean smell that is left after it has been used. This is the best hoover I have bought so far. I would recommend it. If people are not fussed about corded upright Dyson style cleaners. It was a great price and does what it does.
