Buy it!
Bought this for my day to help with an injury. He had previously bought other types but said this one was the best he’s used. Nice sturdy quality, good support of thumb, great fit, and item was breathable. Worth the extra couple of quid, to have an item that is better quality. I’d recommend.

Best I found
These fit really well. Their of good quality and are nice and supportive around the wrist. Really useful having the thumb support. I like the way the thumb support supports your whole thumb not just some of the thumb.I highly recommend these.

Solid Support with Room for Improvement
When I first slipped the AGPTEK Thumb Support Brace onto my aching hand, I thought to myself, 'Why didn't I try this sooner?' In my experience, dealing with stubborn thumb pain from arthritis isn't just frustrating but downright life-detracting. This brace, right off the bat, offered a sense of relief. The metal splint is well-placed, giving my thumb the kind of support that feels like a gentle hug. Now, I did notice that the brace is quite adjustable. It's designed for both the left and right hand, which is super convenient—I tend to misplace things when I need them in a hurry. Also, the breathability was a big factor for me. Nobody wants a hand sauna after all. But, honestly, I was expecting a little more comfort in terms of material. The stitching, while sturdy, could be a tad softer for extended wear. I mean, it's not a deal-breaker, just something I'd tweak if given the chance.A quick anecdote: I was about to bake cookies for the holiday season, when I realized my thumb was aching just thinking about the dough kneading. Enter the AGPTEK brace, and you know what, I managed to power through without being bogged down by pain. Overall, for a brace in this price range, it really does its job. It's certainly a handy companion, albeit with a minor room for comfort improvement. But hey, nobody's perfect, right? Besides, its core functionality—thumb stabilization—is quite adept, making it a worthwhile addition to my everyday toolkit against arthritis's little annoyances.

I like these
I have tried many types and I find these are the best you will find,I give these 94% well made the only problem with these like most of the other makers they made 1 to fit left or right hand.Really they should make these better so that they are more designed for one to fit the right hand properly and one to fit the left, that way the thumb bits will fit the thumbs better. These are well padded with mem foam for comfortThe velcro is very strong. These do give good pain relief, they good value, easy to put on.

Great but already losing its grip
This sprint is really good, gives great support to your thumb and more importantly your thumb joint. I take the metal bar out and bend it into shape to suit my thump and then slide it back in, this makes it so much more comfortable. The great thing about this splint is it doesn’t catch on your clothes! Most of the other splints I’ve tried my sleeves keep sticking to the Velcro and it’s so annoying. If you wear anything knitted then it’s even worse,!And again, I’ve been wearing this splint for a few weeks, off and on, and already the velco bit on the main strap that goes around the wrist is starting to no longer stick. Once this stops sticking the splint is no longer wearable which is a shame as it is a great splint. Had I known this I wouldn’t have bought it sadly, it’s not worth a few weeks wear

Comfortable
Comfortable and supportive. Think they would fit better if they were made for right and left hand and not universal. Haven't had them long enough for full evaluation.

Helped fixed my thumb sprain
I sprained my thumb training too hard and after a couple of weeks it wasn't getting much better as I kept using it for work. So I thought I would try this brace and it has fixed the issue after about 10 days wear. Even though I could not properly rest my hand because of work, this brace helped isolate and restrict the movement of my thumb and so relieved the pressure and tension on it long enough for it to heal. It is great that it is ambidextrous and can be used on either hand. Worth the money if you have a thumb sprain that is slow to heal on its own.
