Easy to use
Worked as expected. Thick plastic bottle, but easy to maneuver and use one handed. Easy to clean and store. Includes several packs of salt solution to mix with water.

Simple and effective.
I chose this irrigator because it is simple, inexpensive -far less expensive than a machine which requires a battery and proprietary accessories - and has a larger bottle than other similar bottles.I am pleased with the item's performance, after first use. The instructions were clear and the process simple. My sinuses feel very clear, breathing has noticeably improved. I will continue to use it and would buy it again.

Messy to use.
I found it difficult to use without getting saltwater everywhere. Also, the bottle is bigger than it looks , & not at all flexible, so it's not a squeeze bottle.
