I always get those small bumpy structures on my face especially around my nose and chin area. I have tried various home remedies. I even went for a good costly facial. All of them were just the temporary way to get away with those tiny bumps. This time I decided on trying this cream and now I am using this very frequently, I am definitely seeing some good changes. I have also included a few other products like a good moisturizer, I think the regimen that I started with work for me.

This stuff seems to work so far. Just a bit of a warning for people that have sensitive skin or do not like burning sensations. This product burns for a good 5 minutes and begins to cool down and later harden like its suppose too. The burning sensation is normal. If you cannot handle the burn this is not for you. Please read instructions before applying.

Product said it can be used under eyes. I used it underneath my eyes— none got into my eyes— not only was my skin on fire, but the fumes from this burned my eyes to the point they swelled instantly.Also, product did not come all the way filled and most product was stuck to lid; so, when you open and close it, some of the product is automatically wasted as it comes out the seal.

It burns like crap, but if you think you can take it, it’s completely worth it. Put a little bit on a very focused area where the Milia is and sleep with it then clean off in morning it will help the burning if you don’t put it on a large area. The burning goes away as soon as it dries, 10 to 15 minutes. Got rid of my in two days!

I liked the packaging of this cream. It comes in a chic, box-like container. It's compact enough to take with me on trips, but also looks great sitting on my bathroom counter. As for the cream itself the texture is good enough. It's smooth and absorbs quickly without any greasy feeling.
