The gummies are delicious, and after a week of taking them, I lost 2 pounds. While I can't confirm if this is directly due to the gummies or just regular weight fluctuation, I've noticed they've helped with my tummy issues. These are easy to take. Great flavor. However, I've been taking for a few weeks and haven't seen any weight loss. Don't know if I should be following a certain diet. I take two half hour before breakfast as directions state. Will continue taking the gummies and hopefully will see a difference soon.
