For better or worse, I go through a lot of insoles. My arches are high and love some high arch support in shoes, and I appreciate some gentle cushioning for the rest of my insole. For me, these didn't really offer much in the way of either. They're not BAD, and are in fact far better than many others I've tried, but they just aren't the best for me.For comparison, I'm about 185 lbs, so not quite the "230+" target of this, but I had rather hoped that would simply mean a sturdier arch and possibly some extra cushioning. For me, there is a bit of arch support (not as high as I'd prefer), and despite all the stylized cushy-looking bits stuck on throughout, these felt extremely flat for my feet.They are, however, well-constructed and held up well during the weeks I've been using them. So as I've found with insoles, they're a bit hit or miss depending on your needs and feet. It can get expensive trying a bunch out, so hopefully this can help guide someone for what they're looking for to see if these might be a match.

I generally want to replace the comes-with insoles in my shoes. I need more arch support and like a thicker cushion than most provide. I generally wear a women’s 9 in a shoe, got these in the women’s 8-9.5, and they fit with a little trimming of the toes.I enjoy the enhanced arch support, good heel cup, and cushion on the ball of the foot.

The quality of materials is good.Not a ton of cushioning/support. Much less than helpful for the front. Heel is a little better.Overpriced. Insoles are expensive, but even with that in mind, these are overpriced by a good bit.These are definitely made for people with a higher arch.There is a firm, inflexible rise to support the arch. If you have a lower arch, these won't work for you.Not a great value.I would not buy these again, so don't recommend.

These were a perfect fit for my 8.5 US work boots. I typically spend about 6 hours on my feet and feel a lot of discomfort at the end of the day. These provide really good arch support. It was a little weird when I started using them. I felt balance issues, especially when climbing stairs or going up and down ramps. However, they didn't hurt. I also feel less discomfort after work. Also, I feel almost nothing when walking over rocks or pointy objects due to the thick insole on the heels.

When you have flat feet, you have to deal with foot pain when we walking or working. The front soft gel padding cushions underfoot, which offers comfort. It did take some time for me to get use to these, cause I am not use to arch support. With the deep heel cup insoles, they bring some extra cushioning and support to my shoes.

That's ankle-foot orthotic, for those who don't know. Mine has a carbon fiber composite plate that runs under my entire foot, so this is literally my only cushioning in my shoes and I can't complain at all! I gave it a few days of walking around to compare them to my other insoles that were recommended by my orthotist before giving them an honest review and they are just as comfortable, if not a bit more comfortable, than my other ones that are just fine, but I wanted a way to swap out insoles for cleanliness. Highly recommended!

I have flat feet and these insoles work wonders! They give me the arch I lack so I can more comfortably and confident all day long. They hold up well and feel really nice!
