A nice specimen of Baltic amber. This amber specimen contains an very clear visible insect. The insect is at least 40 million ear old and belongs to Eocene - Jurassic period. The amber piece is very well polished in order to give best possible view of the insect. Dimensions: 21mm x 17mm x 5mm. Weight: 1.5g Insect details: A fly, 10mm long, perfectly visible to the naked eye.
