Has definitely provided me some neck pain relief. The added heat is a nice plus.
Have been using this neck stretcher for a while now and can admit that it is indeed helping me with my ongoing stiff/crackling neck issues, especially after a long day of work and mostly staring at computer screens or in various virtual meetings. It takes a little bit getting used to as initially it was somewhat uncomfortable allowing my head to somewhat freely hang over the back arch of the pillow but after a while, it's now normal and I can feel relief after lying down on it for about 15 to 30 minutes. The included heating element is a nice feature to have, especially when using during the colder months but for me, I only occasionally used it but don't think it's necessary although heating does work for many people out there. The inclusion of a power bank is a nice feature and likely a leftover factory item that's no longer sold since it's only 2000mAh capacity, which is small by today's standards, and uses the older micro-USB connector instead of the new USB C, which is also what the heating element uses.

It's okay
I really don't see what the hype is with this product. You're better off getting the regular one for six or seven dollars. The getting something with heat. That's just my suggestion.

Just Okay
There is nothing special about this neck stretcher. The velvet pad is nice. The heat is basically a thin strip that runs up the middle of the velvet pad. It heats up plenty warm, but you don't get much coverage out of it. It is basically just a thin line up the back of your neck.It os not very comfortable to lay your neck on. I don't have any major neck issues, just normal wear and tear and muscle tightness. I feel like the back of my head needs at least a little support, instead of just dangling off the edge of this device. It makes me have to engage my neck muscles to keep from stretching my neck too much. It kinda defeats the purpose in my opinion. Unless this is not supposed to be for muscles at all.It would have been noticeable better if the heat also spread out to your shoulders and the sides of your neck.Overall: there is nothing special here. Nothing I can't do with a folded up towel or a much cheaper heating pad. If this were more like $20 instead of $50, it might be an okay tool to invest in.

Comforting stretch
I do like how it feels when using this item. It stretches out my neck and the heat also helps. Although, the heat can get too hot for me at times. Why don't they have cooling neck stretchers? Maybe next time.

Quality Neck Stretcher and Relaxer
First impression I got was how soft the heating pad was. The neck stretcher is also comfortable on the neck. It comes with a power bank, but you can also plug the heating pad to an existing usb plug. It took me a while to realize that the controls were not the power bank but on the cable. The power bank feels nice to the hand and also has a small LED light. This is a nice unit and helps relax your neck after a long day of staring at computer screens.

Just ok, the added heating element doesn't add much, especially for the jump in price...
It's really just ok. It's a heating pad specially made for this style of neck stretcher. It includes a power bank that only charges thru micro-usb, which is an incredibly odd choice for a product in 2024, and a USB-A to C cable with a remote built in to control to turn it on and rotate through the 3 levels of heat. Needing to use a different cable to charge the 1A power bank is such an incredibly inconvenient choice, I would've rather just had the company include a wall brick instead of the useless power bank. But any way, the heat itself is pretty poor, and doesn't add much in terms of relief that the neck stretcher itself already provides, especially for the average extra price of about 30+ dollars, it's just not worth it.Save your money and go with the normal neck stretcher without a heating pad.

Melt away
I carry a lot of tension in my neck. Strenuous long days at work can do a number on me. This neck stretching device has worked wonders. It cradles my neck and helps straighten me out. It has a plush cover that offers comfort. It also has three heat settings. I enjoy the hottest of heat as it helps relax me. It has a timer that shuts off after 15 minutes. I have felt more at ease with each session I’ve done with this.

Ouch
The heat is nice, the stretch isn't. For some reason I felt more stiff after using this and it seemed that my neck was really pinched. Too bad because the heat felt great after a long day
