Crunchy shrimp pieces

It has excellent flavor and the texture of the noodles is great, however the little shrimp pieces are not good. It’s like eating shrimp shells, so I pick them out.

While the fish cakes are a nice touch and the noodles with the soup are fine, the touted Shrimp Tempura are battered with the shell on and the intestinal vein included. This pollutes the soup with an unclean, spoiled taste and the shells create a rather unpleasant mouth feel akin to chewing on fingernails.
