I bought the MP145 to replace a different brand dehumidifier in my crawlspace. Upon receipt, the overall quality of the unit was very nice. It is important to also note that packaging was exceptional. Details matter. The filter location is easily accessible which will make cleaning a breeze. The handles on top are appreciated as they helped with getting the unit into the crawlspace. As for operation, it is doing exactly what I needed and better than before. It maintains humidity very well. When installed, it quickly brought the humidity back to desired levels as the replaced unit (not of same brand) was nonoperational for a few days. The accessories and availability of parts is also a nice bonus.

I am very pleased with this dehumidifier which I have installed in our crawlspace. It is keeping the humidity level around 42 percent which matches what I have set it to. In the beginning, it appeared that the unit was working sporadically so I contacted customer support. They were immediately available and very helpful. It turns out that the problem was with the electrical power being supplied to the unit on my end. So once I got this corrected, the unit has been operating dependably and handling the humidity level as it should. I would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Moiswell 145 works great!Had a warranty issue and customer service was outstanding. Aya from the customer service team was so efficient that I had to confirm she was indeed real and not a bot trying to scam me!I would purchase again based on product quality and especially customer service support!!!

Purchased the Moiswell mp145 dehumidifier with the internal condensate pump for our encapsulated crawl space. It has been working wonderfully. Very quiet, much quieter than our previous Santa Fe. Readings are spot on with the usual +/- 2 or 3% compared to our hanging sensors. 25 ft tube for condensate pump with 4 ft incline no problem. Highly recommend at this early point!

I purchased this for my basement which had a funky smell and after using it for a few weeks the smell is all but gone, I would definitely recommend this for a crawl space or a basement it takes care of the dampness and smell

I've had this unit in my wood shop for at least 6 months. I've kept it attached to the supplied tube which is routed freely outside to pump water out of the garage. Without much rhyme or reason the reservoir will fill, but the pump will not activate automatically. I have to manually press the purge button for it dispel the collected water and allow it to begin dehumidifying again. It's not a huge issue, but becomes problematic if I'm not home since it will then go potentially days without dehumidifying. Sometimes this happens once a week, sometimes several times a day. In between it will sometimes activate the pump itself, but other times it doesn't.There is nothing about this in the user manual. I'm in the market for a second dehumidifier for our basement, but because of this issue I'm not fully sure if I'll get the same unit or go with a different one.

I got the dehumidifier and installed it in my basement. It worked great - brought the humidity down right away to within a couple percent of the target, didn’t seem to run excessively. All was well… for a couple days.That’s when I realized that it wasn’t draining. I had the water line hooked up to a drain, and it would drain if I manually triggered it but otherwise it would shut down when the pan filled up.I reached out to support and got help right away. I was very surprised at how helpful the technical support was. They gave me a few ideas to try with video to make sure I did it correctly. It only took a few minutes. Unfortunately, I was not able to resolve the problem after following the steps. The tech support person (same one since the beginning) assured me that she would replace my entire unit with a brand new one. Sure enough, they sent an entirely new unit out to replace it. The new unit worked perfectly the first time and drained just fine. And tech support followed up again to make sure everything worked out OK (thanks Ava!).I couldn’t be happier. I know that things happen sometimes and you end up with a unit that doesn’t work. I’m guessing it got banged up in shipping and a sensor broke (it was packed pretty well and there was no visible damage but you never know). Anyway, I would absolutely buy again. The tech support makes me feel good about things if I ever do run into another issue. Highly recommend for both the functionality and the service/support!
