Having an LG V30 with a quad dac and amp means you only get that benefit from hardwired connections.Bluetooth sounds great but it is very noticeably louder and more clear with the dac and amp engaged. I havenot experienced any issues with loose fitting or a touchy connection with my cable so far and will update thisreview if any issues arise. As of now, its a very worthwhile investment if you want to squeeze out the best ofwhat your Nuraphones can do. This given that your hardware provides additional power/clarity. If not, I'd stickwith the Bluetooth only connection. Not sure if these work without power to the headphones though so be mindful.

I love the headphones for music through Bluetooth but when I found out my game console couldn't link for proprietary reasons I bought this cable. It's not a big deal to go from the controller to the headphone, I was doing that anyway with my gaming mic. The difference now is that I get the famous Nuraphone rumble in my ears with the explosions and deep sound effects. Movies are amazing too!

First, I wish this were included in the basic kit: this is a necessary cable to have for a loy of situations.That said, it is very nice, works perfectly and clearly, and the headphones maintain their audio tuning with thr analog input, which is great. If you need a wire input, this is for you.I deduct a star because it's not as long as it could be (it's maybe pocket-length, but should be desk-length) and is quite pricey for what it is.

It's a proprietary cable for no reason other than making nura some extra profit. It works otherwise though.

The headphones are incredible # 1. The analog to the proprietary cable does exactly as it should. Connects these grade A++++ headphones any 1/4" or 1/8" analog equipment.

These headphones are amazing, but this is the worst cable I’ve ever used. Practically defective. I have to get it JUST right in any of my headphone jack. The slightest movement or twist of the input jack will cut the audio in half, only playing about half the sound. It’s not a problem with my phone either, this has been tested with multiple devices I own.The other issue is that the connection to the headphones isn’t a very snug fit. It pulls out of the Nuraphones way too easily.Way overpriced for a proprietary cable with this many issues.
