I got these 3 foot steel posts to make a short little fence in my front yard to keep my dog from running into the street. These post are SERIOUSLY heavy duty, probably way more size & strength than I need for this project, but I’m happy that I got them so that I now know what to get for the next project that will require heavy duty steel posts. I especially like the fact that these steel posts come in a variety of shorter sizes! All I’ve ever seen at the hardware store are the taller posts. These 3 ft posts are perfect for the 3 ft’ green chicken wire someone gave me, so I won’t even need to cut down the wire! Yay! Once these are in the ground, they are most DEFINITELY not going anywhere! Those 2 sets of “wings” hold the post firmly & securely in the ground. About 1 ft goes down into the ground, leaving 3 ft above ( nice to know. I was unsure exactly how much “usable” post would be available before actually installing them) I was able to push the post into the ground part way using my hands ( with gloves) but needed to use a big hammer to finish getting them fully installed. After attaching the wire to the handy little hooks that are up & down the posts, I used green zip ties to secure the wire. This short fence certainly will not stop the deer🦌, Mt lions,🐆bears,🐻raccoons🦡 OR chickens 🐓 ( and etc🦄) from coming into the yard, but it will most definitely prevent little Sami 🐶 from going into the street! And because there appears to be a sort of powder coating on the steel I suspect that they won’t rust over the winter. (I think the chicken wire will tho.)🐓

This set of eight metal fence posts are doing a great job of holding up taller plants in my raised beds. They are strong and heavy enough hold up tomato plants. They have several holes and tabs for tying off at different heights.

These are good for a light duty install around a vegetable garden with chicken wire. Easy to install. They look good. Overall not bad

My plan upon ordering these was to use them around the top of my raised bed. They worked perfectly, I screwed them to the sides and put the fine mesh wire around them. This deters critters as well as makes the bed too tall for those pesky four-legged critters to reach over, aka deer. These are plenty sturdy enough and I am sure I can reuse them for years to come. A worthwhile purchase for anyone looking for a barrier around their raised beds.

Similar gauge steel to what you typically find in big box stores (~0.06 inch including coating), but better powder coating and superior double anchor. Solid product. One thing to remember is that all fence posts are measured from the top to very bottom, including what's underground. So if you're installing a 3 ft tall fence and want the fence post to reach the top of the fence, be sure to order a 4F post. This is the same for any vendor or brand, not just these posts.

These little metal T posts surprised me. I wasn't sure three feet would be enough, but for my garden edging, they're perfect. They were easy to hammer into the ground (though definitely recommend a post driver for tougher soil), and hold the weed barrier nice and tight. No more rogue tomato plants trying to escape! They seem strong enough to last a while, and the size makes them easy to store when not in use.
