Puritan's Pride Super Citrimax Garcinia Cambogia-90 Capsules

I tried to take the recommended dosage, but they are too strong. I didn't feel good and had a headache, so I lowered the dose to one per day and still didn't feel good. I tried it for a week, but discontinued it.

I lost eight pounds since starting on this product about three weeks ago. No upset stomach, flutters or anything. Works best when following directions.

I really like this formulation. Using it in the evening has been key for me not to eat late at night.will continue to use

Doesn't really seem to stand up next to the competition for me in comparison to other products have worked a bit better for myself.

I was given capsules with a mixture of GC and Green Coffee Bean Extract when I went home from an ayurveda resort in India. When I got home I couldn't get the capsules shipped to me so I did research on consumerlab and figured out which GC capsules offer the best ratio of effective and pure product to price. This was the one I chose. It does help a lot, but I have to remember to take the capsules on schedule 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast, lunch, and dinner, two morning and lunch, three before supper. I use the green coffee bean extract as well. Helps to make wiser food choices and limit portions. I like it a lot. I have heard you can have interactions with some antidepressants- read up on that and / or ask your doctor.

I have used other Garcinia Cambogia products, but thought I would try this one since Consumer Reports rated it really high. I should have stayed with my other brand. This one did nothing for me or my husband.

This is probably the best GC I have purchased.
