I have used other “low-tox” laundry detergents but didn’t feel like they got stains out very well. This one works great and smells good. I have repurchased several times and will continue to do so. I also like that you reuse the same plastic container and just get refills with the powder in the bag to mix to cut down on plastic waste. I did try to purchase initially through their website and there were some delays with shipping-have since gone through Amazon and have had no issues whatsoever.

I have peace of mind, knowing that these packets are better for my family and they smell so good. I like the ability to add a little bit more water if I’m running low, before adding in an entirely new packet to make a new batch of detergent. I get these delivered every five months and it’s been perfect so far.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted a clean detergent. Have only used it a few times. Quality:It has a nice clean smell but not over powering. It come with a powder and a container to reconstitute.

Love this detergent. Smells wonderful and as a mom of 2 little ones, gives me such peace of mind knowing it’s made with clean ingredients. I think it probably could be slightly better at removing stains but I will still continue to purchase because the peace of mind is worth it!

I never leave five star reviews, but THIS!!! It lives up to the hype. It is pricier, But with this one, you get what you pay for. It is quality and actually cleans. I’ll take the cleaner ingredients for my home + family and there is some scent to it; that is lovely by the way.

There are so many issues with this product, I don’t know where to begin. I have been using tide free and clear for about five years and was looking for a more natural product with a natural scent. Upon opening the packet to mix solution, the scent was noxious and you instantly could taste a nasty chemical when you smelled the powder. This smells like Gain or Tide. I’m incredibly disappointed that this wasn’t the natural essential oil smell it was marketed as having. The scent is diminished after drying but not natural smelling at all.Secondly, it doesn’t clean. Even using a full cap which should be good for two large loads, my everyday clothes are not clean. Dirt is still on my kids pants that usually comes out with tide. It’s like washing with scented water.I haven’t noticed any reaction yet for my kid’s sensitive skin but honestly, the product seems so dilute and not suds appear during wash cycle, so I’m not convinced there’s anything concentrated about it except the scent.Lastly, the bottle provided is awful. It leaks when you pour and it tells you to shake before each use because the particles settle. When you shake, detergent leaks out of the cap and makes a big mess before you even open the lid.TrulyFree is truly free of anything natural or useful for your laundry routine. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. It’s over priced and has misleading marketing. I suspect many of the raving reviews are a scam because there’s no way this is a natural detergent. I hope this review prevents someone else from wasting $20 on noxiously scented water.

Pros:-it smells like traditional detergent. It’s very strong as first but washes out and once clothes have gone through the dryer it’s almost totally gone.-clothes seem clean. Not cleaner nor dirtier than the other detergents we’ve tried.Cons:-no matter what I do, the bottle leaks everywhere. I’ve bought two bottles, squished it hard to make sure no leaks were there. You have to shake it prior to use and even if I didn’t shake it, it still leaks. I have to pour it over a towel, then pour it into the machine. It’s a mess.-there are no affordable refill options. This company says they are trying to be eco friendly yet their refill options make zero sense. I’ve bought the starter kit twice and now I have two leaking bottles. I finally bit the bullet and bought 4 refill pounces for $60?! Just seems crazy. The Amazon options make zero sense and the brand’s actually website also has terrible options.I’ll probably use this up and despite the leaking I would probably keep using it and just use a different bottle. But for the price and somewhat misleading advertising I probably won’t buy again.

I order this repeatedly. Always arrives so quickly. Lasts me about 4-5 months but I have two babies and do a lot of laundry. Clothes come out soft and smelling good. I love laundry day because my house smells great but with less chemicals and junk. Didn’t get 100% of the sweaty armpit stink out but I just spray the pits of my husbands work shirts with some vinegar first before washing and then the smells all gone. Also I need to use a seperate stain treater.
