I tried this powdered electrolyte mix to see how it compares to the effervescent tablets I usually use. Overall, it does the job. I don’t feel as tired after intense workouts, especially when I’ve been sweating a lot. It mixes instantly, which is a nice change from waiting for tablets to dissolve.The taste, however, is more tart than I expected. If you’ve got a bit of a sore throat, it might sting a little going down. I was hoping it would taste like the tablet version, but it's noticeably different - not bad, just sharper.Good product overall.
