Avex FreeFlow Stainless Autoseal Water Bottle

Best bottle yet! I've tried lots of contigo/Alex style bottles, this is by far the best. The finish looks rugged, also will not scuff or scrape. I have the blue one an the paint came off pretty easy just using it for work. The 40oz/1200ml capacity means there is enough for the day at work, the water stays cold all day.The feature I like the most is the lid. The lid has a lock, which is good as I have had a couple of lucky escapes with the other lids. Nearly lost a laptop in my work bag a couple of times. The lid is also easy to clean as it opens out, where the old lids were difficult to clean. The only thing the lid lacks is a clip to attach it to a bag.

I bought 2 of these - one for me and one for my wife as according to people who don't have kids we need to drink more water and less beer. I can report that these don't leak and have survived being thrown out of a car at speed by a 3 year old. They take hot and cold drinks and keep them hot or cold. They are well made and well worth the steep price. They also can store beer thank god...

Brilliant bottle great qaulity. Brilliant at what it does keeping things cold or hot if you want. Up to 6hrs hot!

I bought the 40oz one and its huge! Useful more as a flask than regular water bottle. Although it's 1200ml, it is more like carrying a 2 litre bottle around with you because of the size. Its really not that much smaller.With that being said, its a very good bottle. It certainly doesn't leak and defintely keeps your drinks hot and cold for a very long time but I think the 12 hours hot and 34 hours cold are a little optimistic. Certainly for the hot anyway. Its a long time to keep drinks hot, but I found after 9 hours it was at a temperature I didn't want to drink.The leak proof works great. Unlike other designs there definitely isn't a possibility of anything being pressed. It would be difficult to/ for anything to press the release button anyway. But the metal 'pin' that locks it definitely makes sure of it. I can put it in a rucksack and be confident it won't leak. Which is more important than its overall hot/ cold times.I realise the hot/ cold times are a long time, but I've downgraded one star due to it not being anywhere near.

Love this bottle, the colour and design is unique and stands out. 4 star because it doesn't hold heat very well - bottle gets very hot, impossible to hold, cools down pretty quickly.On the other hand, holds cold water extremely well.Nevertheless would definitely buy again
