This stuff changed the game for me. I have been running for months and just felt like my progress was slow and that I was underperforming. I was hydrating well throughout the week, taking in carbs before the run. I was eating gummies during the run. However, I was still struggling to complete my distance runs. A friend of mine recommended Tailwind. He is an ultra marathon runner and said he refuses to run without it. Today I used Tailwind for the first time. On the longest run I've ran in 15 years I set my fastest 10k record.I felt amazing the entire run and honestly could've ran another 5-10 miles. This stuff works and is worth every single cent!

I really prefer water over these mixes, but it does help keep me going to be taking in some calories and salt with my water. With other flavors of Tailwind, I just wouldn't drink as much as if I had plain water, but I really like this watermelon flavor. Helps me keep up with my fluids and nutrition on long mountain bike rides.

Didn’t work for me. I tried this on long runs during training for a marathon, and it’s the worst electrolyte drink I’ve tried. It was the only time during training I experienced severe cramping and didn’t feel more energized or satisfied drinking it. The flavor also makes me think of urine. I tried to return it but am unable to.

Solid, dissolved well. Taste is faint compared to most other powders but that means you can double it in one bottle and not hate yourself for doing so, or drink it all day and not get tired.

Not sure if this product sat too long in a hot humid environment, but this product is one hard unit and no longer a powder! What am I supposed to do with this? And apparently I can't return it? Unacceptable!

Tailwind's Dauwaltermelon is a really nice taste! Tastes good either 1 scoop in 16 oz or 2 scoops! Each scoop is 100 cal so that keeps it easy to figure out. No artificial sugars so no gas/diarrhea hurray! Definitely keeping it in the rotation of fuels I use for running.
