I got this back in August 2024 for training my 7mos old puppy at the time and establish a good recall however I went to an off leash beach called Fort Funston and I lost it ... saw 2 guys with metal detectors and asked them if they ever came across a black receiver please kindly put it on the bench since I'm there every day about 9:30am ... 7mos later I saw the receiver and knew it was one of those guys with metal detectors recently... and it still works! With the bad weather we had during the winter! Highly recommend it if you want a basic training e-collar Walkie Talkie feature is the best all you need to use and the vibration mode ...

This product is great. We have a mini pincher and wanted something to train him to stay in the yard with and to well...not chase people. :) This product worked great. It is made well and is durable. We however, didn't use the collar they sent because we had one from another product that has better grip. Other than that the control has a nice light to help you walk around while in the dark. It has the gives you multiple degrees for shocking and vibration and I love that there are separate buttons for all 3 choices: beep, vibrate, and shock. I absolutely love that it has a safety lock on it, I have 2 little girls that have gotten ahold of the control and pushed the buttons but luckily we always set it to lock when it is not in our hands. Absolutely recommend this product.

This inexpensive collar is exactly what I was looking for! My rescue Blue Heeler has been a relentless barker and would not come when called or stop barking. It only took a couple of days and he has completely turned around and all I need to do now is use the walkie talkie function and he comes back right away.Some things to beware of:• The shock feature is extremely strong. - I tested on me... 30% is all I needed for this very stubborn pup.• It has a weird rattle - but I think that is part of the Vibrate unit• For my unit, I need to re-pair the collar to the transmitter each time after charging. Do this by turning on the collar waiting for the red light to flash and pushing the vibrate button on the transmitter until the collar buzzes (the instruction that came with mine are really bad)• The battery life is kinda short and I have to recharge mine every day.This would have got 5 stars because it worked so well for my pup, but I only gave it 4 because of needing to re-pair each time and the horrible instructions that came with it.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Followed the instructions to pair transmitter and collar, seemed to pair while I was only using vibration, but when my dog needed a small shock after ignoring vibration warning, the shock was non- existent. I did set the shock on 2 and tested it on myself, so I know it was working, but when needed after my dog failed to heed the vibration warning, the shock was not there. If I have to choose ONLY vibrate or shock when pairing each time, this doesn’t work as a shock collar is intended to work. Dog is supposed to get a warning first, make a choice, and if he chooses to disobey then get a correction. My husband and I couldn’t tell if the transmitter was on or off at any time, it did turn off randomly while in use unbeknownst to us, and we were left wondering why the dog wasn’t responding at all. Shouldn’t have been a battery issue, as it had barely been used, but since we couldn’t actually tell if the receiver was on (unless we touched the prongs), maybe it was left on when we thought it was turned off- hard to say, but we’re tired of messing with it. And the LED light doesn’t work either. Pressed it multiple times, then Held down the button- doesn’t work. I would NOT Recommend this product! We think it’s junk. We instead ordered the EZ Trainer and are waiting for it to arrive. We’re hopeful this will be what we need, as it was recommended by 2 trainers when we consulted with them.

Worked great at first but only after having it for 1 month it stopped working I charged it, it lit up but won’t turn back on.

Works great, only part I don't like is It's hard to see what it says on the screen when the sun is out. So I have to go somewhere shady.
